Studio A Gives Grace
Studio A Gives Grace believes that through faith we were given the gift of dance but created to serve others
Studio A Gives Grace is an organization where our studio can come together and serve our community and beyond. Our belief is that we have been blessed beyond measure and are called to give back to others. Whether through performance, service or giving funds we are proud to share a light of hope to all. Company members are required to run the Grace Team but Gives Grace is open Studio wide to anybody that feels the desire to serve.
If you have any questions or any volunteer opportunities, please contact Jessica Gerlt at 660-281-6222.
A few of Studio A Gives Grace opportunities have been:
- Collecting items and preparing boxes for Operation Christmas Child
- Sent wounded veterans Christmas cards
- Served at Community Cafe
- Collected hygiene products for schools
- Ringing Salvation Army bells
- Walked in the Alzheimer's Walk
- Assisted Boys and Girls club with dance activities
- Had a team at Relay For Life
- Collected money for specific individuals in need
- Company members sponsored a veteran at the Warrensburg Veteran's Home
I want them to be well-rounded individuals, ladies and men. We do a lot of things in the community too, not just dance. We go and offer ourselves wherever we can like the Community Café. We’re going to do some stuff at the Boys & Girls Club. I make them do a lot of work for the community and get involved with the community because dance is so disciplined. We can give back in so many ways and not just because we can point our toes.
